Baby Beats Classes - Terms and Conditions of Booking
1. Parental Responsibility
Baby Beats cannot accept any responsibility for children at classes and they should be supervised by parents at all times. We may ask for information on medical conditions or special requirements in case we need to be aware of anything to accommodate your child in the class but we cannot provide any medical support.
2. Committment to safety
We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a Baby Beats class is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Baby Beats. Your participation, or that of your spouse/partner, your child, or those in whose care you have placed your child at a Baby Beats session, is done so entirely at your and their own risk.
3. Reducing the spread of Covid-19
Baby Beats has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, Baby Beats cannot guarantee that you or anyone else will not become infected with COVID-19, including your relatives.
Participation in a group activity such as Baby Beats could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. By attending our classes, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating in a Baby Beats class, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death to yourself or relatives. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at a Baby Beats class may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself or others, including, but not limited to, Baby Beats.
4. Refunds & class cancellation
No refunds can be given for class bookings if you cannot attend, as an alternative recorded class will be available to all who book a place each week. Refunds will only be offered as a last resort if the class is cancelled by Baby Beats and can not be rearranged , transferred or rescheduled, including online/digital classes if face to face classes are not able to proceed.
5. Cancellation due to Covid-19
Baby Beats will follow scientific, government and local advice at all times. regarding Covid 19. Following this guidance there may be cancellations made in accordance, response or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance (such as the impact of test and trace or national or local regulations). We will endeavour to provide the most equitable and supportive solution for our clients and keep everyone's safety at the forefront of every decision we make. If Baby Beats have to cancel a class due to Covid-19 restrictions we will make all efforts to rearrange , transfer or reschedule the class to a later date, including online/digital/remote classes if face to face classes are not able to proceed.
6. Illness and Symptoms of Covid-19
If you or your child is ill we request that you do not attend the session, and if you or your child displays any of the following symptoms associated with Covid-19 we request that you do not attend and follow Covid-19 guidance:

You will be able to access the class online instead.
When you make your booking you will received a health disclosure waiver to complete by email, please return this before your class, as close to the class start as possible so the details are up to date. Please do not attend a class if anyone in your household, or anyone you have had recent close contact with has symptoms or has tested positive for Covid-19 within the government timeframes.
7. Health and Safety, Hygiene and Safeguarding
Baby Beats routinely cleans, checks and updates their equipment to ensure you have the highest quality resources for your session. Risk Assessments are completed for each site prior to usage. These will be updated regularly during Covid-19 and are available to view below. We request that you follow all hygiene protocols put in place in class and adhere to government guidance including "catch it, bin it, kill it". All Music Baby Beats staff have been DBS checked.
11. Videos, photographs and confidentiality
Videos and pictures may be taken from time to time of you and your child during the class (providing it doesn’t interfere with the activity) and we ask you to advise whether permission is granted on booking. If you have not granted permission we may still capture your child on camera but all photos will either be destroyed or blurred out if we still need to use the image (very rare). No names are shared with images. We encourage you to take pictures of your little ones enjoying themselves, but please be mindful of others and their privacy wishes.
12. Property and belongings
Any property left in prams or bags is at the owner’s risk and is not the responsibility of Music in Unison. We ask that during the Covid-19 pandemic you bring minimal belongings and keep them out of view of other children to avoid cross contamination.

Party Bookings must be confirmed and agreed in writing and a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. This will be invoiced for and must be paid upon receipt for the date to be held exclusively.
The deposit is non-refundable from 2 weeks before the party date. The balance must be paid in full 24 hours before the party. No refunds can be given if the party is then cancelled, but we may be able to arrange an alternative date.
Full address and contact details must be provided before the date of the party including directions if the venue is difficult to find and special instructions if necessary. Baby Beats can not be help responsible for lateness if such details are not provided..
An additional £10 will be charged for travel over 45 minutes to your venue each way.
If for any reason Baby Beats can not carry out the party due to illness or emergency, every effort will be made to arrange alternative entertainment to an equal standard or a full refund will be given.
How we look after your information
By Booking any of our services you have agreed to adhere to our Terms and Conditions as stated above,
